Different Licenses You May Need
Getting Licensed 101
Business owners are so preoccupied sometimes with getting their business started that they forget to get the proper licenses in order to function legally in New York.
In many cases the owners don't even know that they need a license... until they get fined or get their business shut down by authorities.
Did you know that you need a license in order to run a "going out of business" sale? How about a hair salon or electronic store? It is safe to say that just about any business in New York needs a license, permit or authorization of one type or another.
But how do you know exactly what you need? And how do you go about obtaining this license and maintaing it? It can be very confusing as the bureaucracy of dealing with all the different agencies is nerve-wracking. Applying for these licenses is even more problematic when you consider that even small mistakes may take weeks or moths to correct.
Many times licenses must be coordinated with different agencies - meaning that you must get a license from one agency before you can get approval from another.
Our service was build exactly for this reason: To get you the licenses you need and let you focus on running your business. We are business licensing specialists and your ONE-STOP shop for any licensing needs you might have.
